Impact
Impact is your estimate of how much the change could improve conversion if it works.
Teams usually use a simple scale, such as:
3 = massive impact2 = high impact1 = medium impact0.5 = low impact

Confidence
Confidence measures how strongly your current evidence supports the hypothesis.

1. Hypothesis Generation
The first job is generating strong test ideas. Good hypotheses usually come from four places:
- analytics data

- customer feedback
- sales conversations

Now build the quarter. I generally recommend sequencing experiments across a 12-week period with the intention of having one experiment running at all times.
This creates consistency. It also prevents CRO from becoming a side project that only happens when nobody is busy.
Your roadmap should include:
- experiment title
- hypothesis
- target page or funnel stage
- primary success metric
- RICE score
- owner
- planned launch date
- review date
The point is not perfection. The point is operational cadence.
4. The 4-Week Experiment Sprint
One simple model that works well is a 4-week sprint for each experiment.
Week 1: Design and Develop
Finalise the hypothesis, build the test variant, set up tracking, confirm QA, and make sure the primary metric is clearly defined.
Week 2: Launch and Monitor
Launch the experiment and watch for implementation errors, obvious behavioural issues, or unexpected performance problems. Do not rush to a verdict too early.
Week 3: Continue Running
