How much does an NDIS provider website cost?
3P Digital builds NDIS provider websites for $100 a month, with no big upfront build cost. We build the site, the online invoicing and the payment flow that participants, families and plan managers expect, and your $100 a month only starts once it is live and you have approved it. Invoices can be paid online via Stripe, including cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and the site is built with accessibility in mind. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice and no exit fees, and you own your domain, content and customer data.
What changed on 22 April 2026
The NDIS is moving payments online.
On 22 April 2026, Minister Mark Butler announced a significant reset of the NDIS. The government is moving to a digital payments system where claims need supporting evidence, and the majority of payments are expected to flow to registered providers.
The changes are scheduled to roll out from 1 July 2026. If your business still runs on emailed PDFs, manual bank transfers and chasing plan managers, now is a sensible time to move to a digital setup.

Online invoicing becomes the default
Plan-managed and self-managed participants will expect a clean digital experience. Providers that make it easy keep the work.
Registration is moving to the centre
The reforms point toward registered providers handling the bulk of payments. A professional, accessible website is part of looking the part.
Evidence trails matter
Claims need supporting documentation. Providers with proper digital systems move faster and spend less time on admin.

Who it's for
Built for NDIS providers getting ready for the digital shift.
For the operators who can see the regime changing and would rather act now than scramble later.
Allied health practices
Physios, OTs, speech pathologists and exercise physiologists. Multi-clinician practices needing online intake and invoicing.
Support coordination and plan management
Practices that send dozens of invoices a week to plan managers and participants. We make that close to one click.
Daily living and personal care providers
Families want to feel confident before they get in touch. A clear, accessible website signals that you are a credible, professional provider.
Therapy and capacity building providers
A professional online presence helps participants and referrers understand what you offer and how to start.
Sole traders moving to registered
If you are moving from sole trader to registered provider, you need infrastructure that matches. We build it.
How it compares
Why not just use Wix, WordPress or a generic web designer?
Three options on the table. Only one is built for the way NDIS payments are moving.
Generic agency build
Large upfront cost, slow timeline
- Thousands of dollars upfront and often a multi-month build
- No NDIS-specific knowledge, so you brief them on the regime
- Online payments are usually a paid add-on, not standard
- You still need a separate tool to actually invoice and get paid
Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy
The easy-looking choice
- Tends to look like every other provider's template site
- Payments and invoicing bolted on, with limited customisation
- You own the maintenance, the updates and the broken bits
- Your time is the hidden cost, and it adds up

We build your NDIS website first. Your $100 a month only starts once it is live and you are happy with it. Stripe charges its own standard processing rate on payments, and 3P takes nothing on top.

Straight answers on payments, integrations, accessibility, registration and how fast we can ship.
The website and invoicing system handle the digital payments side, which is what the reforms focus on. Provider registration itself is a separate process you complete with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We can point you to specialists for that part. We do not provide compliance or registration guarantees.
Yes. We build a plan manager payment portal where they receive an emailed invoice, click a link and pay via Stripe. The participant and the plan manager both get receipts automatically.
Same workflow. They receive an online invoice with a pay button. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all included.
We build with accessibility in mind: clear navigation, readable text, sensible colour contrast and a mobile-first layout, so participants and families can use it easily. We focus on practical, usable accessibility rather than promising a specific certification.
Yes. We connect our intake and payment flows to most major Australian practice management tools so you do not double-handle data.
Stripe charges its standard processing rate, which is set by Stripe and subject to change. 3P Digital takes nothing on top of your $100 a month subscription.
We still build the site. The regime is moving toward registered being the default, and a professional, accessible online presence is part of looking the part. We can also explain what the registration process involves.
Usually about two weeks from kickoff. It depends a little on how quickly we get your content and approvals.
Yes. 30 days notice, no exit fees. You own your domain, your content and your customer data.
